Okay, so it’s almost the end of February and I know there’s alot of resolutions about healthy eating & lifestyles that have been thrown out the window by now! I for one didn’t even attempt to make a resolution. I wasn’t happy with myself at the start of the year though. I am beginning to slowly like myself more and more and it’s making me realize that my body should be cherished. Before Christmas I was keeping up with being healthy with the help of my Body By Vi Shakes, aka the “Shake mix that tastes like cake mix“. Let me tell you it truly does!
Body By Vi is a 90 day challenge for those of you who don’t know. You replace two meals a day with this shake. I usually do breakfast and lunch so that I can have a good supper, plus I have less time in the morning and at lunch hour. Sound like all those other meal replacement shakes that don’t work? There’s a difference, this one does! I am not trying to sell anyone anything by this. I am merely trying to spread the word and get me excited again! I fell off the bandwagon around Christmas time, but who can blame me.. I had 7 Christmas suppers. I don’t know how I didn’t gain more than 10 pounds!!
I am excited to get back into these shakes, I want to go and buy so many things to make with them! It is unreal the amount of ways you can fancy your drink up! I received a link from a coworker to a website that has pages and pages of recipes with so many different variations ranging from apple pie, to cinammon bun, to banana split, and every fruit creation you can think of! You can go on the 90 day challenge and could have a different shake each day.
I am going to start back on these shakes because I am tired of sqeezing into my pants, tired of being tired and disgusted with my body. I have a goal of losing 20 pounds in 90 days. Seems plausible. I have heard many success stories and I want to be one of them!
